    VERY POOR customer service !!!
    No one answers the phone when you call the office, I have to drive to the office to reach someone for a simple question, appointment change, prescription issue. They waste a huge amount of my time and attention to detail is terrible - this week I had to drive their office 3 times because you cannot reach them my phone and they still got my blood tests required wrong !

    The office process and access via the phone has gotten much better since I posted my original review , upgrading my rating

    Dr. Voirin has been my family physician for over 20 years. He has always provided me with excellent medical care. Dr. Voirin is a outstanding medical professional and wonderful person. He is intelligent, knowledgeable and cheerful with a great bedside manner. He has always treated me with respect and listens to my concerns. I have complete confidence in him and I am grateful for his care.
