The best gym out there! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They make you feel like family! I’ve gone to many gyms and I definitely have gotten the best results going to bio fit!

BioFit Performance has impacted my life tremendously over the last few months. I was frustrated with my weight, and was looking for something to change my trajectory. Part of the program is having a coach to guide you. Josh has helped me achieve great results and is my trusted advisor. In addition, all of the other trainers are incredibly helpful. My results have been fantastic, losing over 20 pounds of body fat while getting stronger.

Kevin and his team provide an environment and programming that make huge changes possible. The workouts can be adjusted so that members at any point of their transformation can benefit. This gym is always immaculate with the best equipment. The recovery room is also incredible and all of the members are super friendly. All I do is show up, knowing I will leave getting positive results. Everyone from the time I walk in the door supports and encourages me, and are like family.

BioFit has been a great place for my husband and I to workout together. It is a top of the line facility for anything you are looking for: strength classes, conditioning classes, durability/mobility classes, open gym, a recovery room, and services such as massage therapy, physical therapy and chiropractic care. I like that all of these options are available in one location. I go to the strength classes regularly and have also participated in the durability classes and have had massage therapy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are attentive to customizing your workout to best meet individual needs. They are also very attentive to the health and safety of their members by wearing masks and regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment.

This gym is one of the best I have ever gone to, I am proud to call it my gym. The staff is very kind and attentive, they will always greet you with a smile and assist you with any tips they have. The recovery room is amazing, my brother and I use it daily and we love it; the infrared sauna is great and the hot and cold plunges are incredible.
I am very happy with my progress in this gym as well, the encouragement from the coaches really does help and makes you want to get fitter. Everything about BioFit is there to help you reach your fitness goals, you just have to show up and put in the work.
