“Cynthia and Allison are both wonderful! They are lifesavers. My hearing aids are old—over 8 years—and they recently stopped working. They would turn on, but the volume controls wouldn't work. They cleaned them and got one of them fixed! They also pointed me in the right direction for some new hearing aids. They are kind and helpful, and go the extra mile. I'm going back in today to pick up some new tubing for my hearing aids. I'm back to wearing my hearing aids because they helped fix them. “You will not be disappointed. Staff is very friendly professional knowledgeable and courtesy at all times .I was refer to this office over 10 years ago and was some what skeptical being new surroundings but I’m some very happy I decided to take a chance with my first visit. I have no complaints at all. Staff take their time answering all of your questions. There’s never a long wait to be seen. Patient portal love it now you can pay in advance before appointment first time ever doing that. Very modern well decorated clean office in upscale location. You are greeted at the front desk by your name when you first arrive before you sign in that’s a very friendly gesture. I moved almost 45 minutes away from the office and I just refused to change and started over again service and care I’m receiving now no one else could come close too. I signed a waiver with my Insurance company allowing me to continue to receive medical treatment at this location. This says a lot about service and care you will receive also. I’m so very happy and I’m a patient for life .”
