  Big thank you to OTC for the prompt response time and courteous customer service. My truck died on I4 and they were to me very quickly and got my truck to the repair shop. Stressful event today but Roman the from OTC was so professional! Got me and my truck back to Sanford. Thx thx!!

  I was down and out on a Saturday morning headed to work. They were very helpful and got my truck towed to my preferred auto shop. The driver was so awesome with my son, and wasn't bothered by him asking the driver so many questions. Super nice guy. Courteous company. Hopefully I won't need you in the future, but if I do need a tow, I'll give y'all a call!

  Best experience I’ve had with a tow company. The driver was professional and arrived prior to his expected arrival time. The service was efficient, friendly and most important, AFFORDABLE! Give OTC a try.

  I stopped at a convenience store on my way home and when I tried to start my car it wouldn't turn over. I have a AAA membership and was trying to get through to arrange for a tow truck to come and rescue me when I saw a tow truck pull into the restaurant right next door! It must have been divine intervention - knowing that I could have a long wait ahead of me and then not knowing where to take my car once he arrived, I hung up the phone and walked next door and asked the person in the tow truck if they could help me jump my car. His mother was riding with him and has the sweetest soul. She went and got her son and they stopped to tell me they had to run up the road and would be right back...I thought, ok, if he doesn't come back then I can still call AAA. Thankfully, he was true to his word and came right back! He connected his charger and unfortunately it still wouldn't start. He said it could possibly be the starter but would have to check it out further to know for sure. He quoted me his labor and said it should only take an hour to fix it. I agreed so he hitched up my car and we were at his shop in 2 minutes. He had his mechanic look it over and discovered it was the starter. The mechanic wanted to go home but thankfully he stayed to get me back on the road again. The staff was awesome, friendly and inviting. From start to finish, I was very happy with everything. The cost was not outrageous and the service and hospitality was top notch. I will definitely use them next time I need a repair shop and I am spreading the word to everyone I know. Good people, reliable, affordable. Thank you for a great experience during a stressful situation.
