  Dear Kidz Rock Team,
  
  I wanted to thank you all for welcoming AJ into the most nourishing environment possible. Your staff welcomed her daily with smiles and truly look after her as if she was your own. I love that I get reports daily about her progress throughout the day. But mostly I wanted to express how much I feel that you are a true ministry.
  
  When I went back to work AJ went to our life long family friend for care. Unfortunately, due to family responsibilities she was unable to watch her any longer. We had one week to find new care. Immediately, we started looking. As most parents know there are waiting lists for most daycares. We started to panic. Thankfully, I was able to get my Mother in Law to come over for a month. Yet that did not seem long enough for the wait lists. But I kept my faith. After multiple days of going to visit daycares we never felt fully confident in a school. In the parking lot of the last tour we thought we had to make a choice between okay schools, my husband said “let me look online one more time”. When he did that he found Kidz Rock. We drove over and as soon as we walked it we had that “feeling”. After meeting with Kim and her showing the school we both fell in love. We did not even have to discuss between each other in private our thoughts. We both just knew. We asked to see what the wait list would be. Kim took our details and Tamara called us the next day to say they could take her.
  
  Let me speak into this a little more. My husband is not a man of faith. He allows me to raise and teach AJ about my faith as long as it does not involve him. However, if this incident was not a God thing I do not know what is. I know that God was looking out for our family. Even better he involved my husband in the whole thing. I could not be more blessed and happy to have had this happen.
  
  Like I have said before the Teachers and Staff are top notch. They care about the children and the service they provide for the families. Your facility is beautiful and functional. It has a warm and child friendly atmosphere regardless if it is located in the main building or in the portable classrooms.
  
  We are terribly sad about leaving but excited that you will be able to welcome an other family to your beautiful ministry. Please know that I will continue to pray for your success and look forward to continuing to follow your progress. If we ever return to the Central Florida area I will only want my children to be cared for by you.

  The ELC is truly a Godsend!! I could honestly go on and on about how incredibly awesome this center is. My daughter first started when she was about 7 months old...and she loved it. The staff truly became family! The education, creativity, learning process, and security was all top-notch. It really broke my heart when we had to move and withdraw her from the center. However, no matter how far we are the ELC will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. In short, if you live in the area and are currently seeking childcare...KIDZ ROCK ELC is the place to be!!

  My family toured the daycare in late September. It seemed to be a great environment for our daughter and we were ready to enroll her. We were told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for them to complete their expansion and if we paid $95, it would guarantee a spot for our daughter. We paid the fee and waited! In early November, we called to check and see how things were going and the assistant director told me they had a spot for my daughter and I would be receiving a call that afternoon or no later than the following morning!! We got all excited and waited and waited for a call and never received a callback!! It has now been over 2 weeks later and still nothing! No follow up, no apology! Nothing!!! Needless to say, we feel like we were lied to and $95 has went down the drain!! It seems like a very nice daycare but I guess it is unorganized!! Update: I received a very kind call from the assistant director who apologized for any confusion and refunded me the registration fee! I am very happy and convinced that this is a great facility and they went out of their way to make things right! ????

  We have only been at Kidz Rock a week and we are already fans for LIFE! Everyone is so kind and loving, and they know my son so well after only a few days. We can't imagine sending our son (and any future kiddos) anywhere else!

  What can I say about a daycare/school that treats you like family? My daughter has been attending since the day they opened their doors. The staff is friendly, kind and sweet the moment you walk in. There is always a smile to be found and laughter from the kids to the staff! If u have a question or a concern, they will get it answered and handled. They make sure the kids are on track with education, as well as manners. As a single mother its nice to have another set of ears and eyes to help my kids to learn and grow and be safe when I can't be with them. I have never been part of such an amazing team. My daughter does not even want to leave sometimes! They are worth checking out and once you do, you will see and feel the positive, loving and caring enviorment they provide for our children.
