Great Malibu Vehicle, Very Economical and comfortable ride. Nice drive, liked it better than flying. Great Check in at Sanford Airport.
Very courteous staff. They were helpful in my selection of the right vehicle for my trip. Also the clerk walked me to the car and went through all the safety features. It is very unusual to have that service provided these days.
We were stranded in Florida as our flight to NY was cancelled due to weather. The attendant John was so very helpful. He went above and beyond to be sure that the transfer from the first car we had (Camero convertible) to the Toyota to drive the 18 hours home went smoothly. He made it easy, made 2 very happy customers and definitely empathized with the situation we had. Thank you for doing a fantastic job with customer service. Enterprise will always be the rental company of choice for us!
This airport location did a great job in helping me out. During my trip, the car i rented from a different South Florida location developed a cracked windshield. I was told to take the car to this location by calling roadside service and they replaced my car and were very efficient. I wish my local branch was as good as this one.
Enterprise rental at the Sanford airport is by far the best rental facility. The product great but the people outstanding. From the people at the counter to the attendant receiving the car they were polite gracious and professional. I have used enterprise at this location about eight time attending to my aging parenting after flying into Sanford. I have used enterprise in other locations and have been disappointed because of their customer service. Enterprise at Sanford airport has set the bar for everyone else.
