“This Wendy's is always a great experience. I've never had an erroneous order, everyone is always friendly and humorous, the tables are always clean, they are pretty much on point. I'm curious, however, as to why they put the new ordering kiosks AT the register. If there is a long line, they won't help anyone trying to order without waiting in said long line... and using them once you finally get to the register would just be rude. "May I take your order?" ....*ignoring you*... tap, tap, tap ...*pretending you aren't here*... tap, tap, tap... I just think that was a bad judgement call. Someone needs to take the initiative and move them somewhere where they would actually be useful. Then that person needs to get a promotion.”
