  I found Discount Water Supply while I was looking for the last company that serviced my water system. As they were open on Saturday, I decided to drop by the store and discuss my water system problems. Bill told me how to diagnose the issue and what needed to be done to repair it. The previous company I dealt with tried to sell me a new system. Bill had me bring in my filter timer unit and he rebuilt it while I waited. He directed me to the how-to videos on their website so I could do my own repairs. Discount Water Supply saved me money and gave me operating instructions so that I could operate the water system properly. They were able to answer questions on how to operate my system, when two other companies were unable to answer the questions. I will do more business with Discount Water Supply.

  Bill and his staff are extremely knowledgeable in the industry and put a water softener in my house years ago. Small companies work to add personnel and grow in the community. When I had a problem, I spoke with them to find a solution, and they work very hard at educating their teams on existing customers and work towards customer service and would highly recommend Discount Water Supply!

  Bill has been doing a great job for me for over 20 year at my office. We had well water that we could not drink. He installed a water treatment system 20 years ago and we still have great water to drink. He maintained our water system monthly and we never have any problems. I also just purchased a new house and my wife hated the water. It smelled and was hard. Bill came over and installed a whole house water system. My wife and I could not be happier. He scheduled the work and showed up and did the install as he said. The price was very reasonable. 5 stars for this operation!

  Amazing service!! He called us back within the hour and met us on Thanksgiving Day to get the part we needed. Water was restored to our home and I am speechless at this company’s generosity and care. Thank you so much!! May God bless you and your company!!

  Over the past 18 years Bill has ALWAYS done everything he can to go above and beyond to trouble-shoot, repair rather than replace, and assist with any and all my water treatment system needs whether on the phone or in person. Fair pricing and exceptional service has become the expectation not the exception with Bill and his staff. Customer for life!
