(February 27, 2019, 6:07 pm)Took train from Sanford to Poincinta and enjoyed the eexperience. Very well organized procedure and trains kept clean and very neat. All stops were announced and plenty of time to board and leave. Fares very reasonable and parking free.

(February 1, 2018, 9:11 am)I love the sunrail service but my issue is some of the employees who are on the platform act like they are on power trips. This woman felt like arguing with methis morning because I apparently was not standing behind the yellow line which i clearly was behind the line. Rather than admit the error, she threatened to "tell the conductor I wasn't cooperating" because I wasn't playing by the rules which I clearly was. Such childish behavior.
