(February 27, 2019, 11:13 am)Purchased a sectional sofa to be delivered this past Sunday and have nothing but great things to say. When the time slot for our delivery was past with no couch I called and spoke with Nick the manager, explained the situation and my frustration, he was empathetic and eager to help. He went out of his way got another delivery company to get our couch to us within an hour and paid the difference on the delivery for inconvenience. The incorrect ottoman was delivered and brought back. Yasenia called us and said Celique was on the way with the correct one. He came in his personal vehicle talk about service! He was apologetic over the situation, and we showed him one of the pieces was defective. He took pictures to show Nick, who wanted to provide us with excellent service was willing to do anything to keep us happy. We just wanted the couch. Celique personally delivered that sofa today. Our experience with Nick and Celique has been nothing less than top notch service, and we appreciate them! I would purchase future furniture without hesitation!!! Thank you so much!

(December 29, 2018, 12:15 pm)The employees were nice and helpful. Plenty of register open so lines weren't long. Definitely had there stuff together for the week leading up to Christmas. Only issue was alot of stuff didn't have prices on them but plenty of employees on the floor to help you find them out.
