TeamFit45 Functional Training Gym

  I used Team Fit 45 for two weeks unlimited through their Groupon. I was home from college for two weeks and it was a great way to exercise daily without spending a bunch of time at the gym. The workouts are about 8 stations with weight training and cardio. You work up a great sweat every time. The coaches are awesome. Even though I wasn’t a potential member, they offered me everything they could. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because near the end I had some technical difficulties with their system. You wear a heart rate monitor in the class and sometimes mine didn’t work and also on the app online you sign up for classes and sometimes it wouldn’t let me. Overall it was an excellent experience.

  TeamFit45 is the place to be! I recommend that you speak to any coach there! They all are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the field! They everyday bring an amazing energy to the team. If you are looking for a place where people know your name and energy is higher than the last day you came, this is your fit!! If you are tired of thinking what to do at the gym or what classes to sign up for then this is your place.   Since March, I've been going to TeamFit45 at least 3-4x a week. With their flexible sessions, this team truly knows how to get you in the best shape of your life. I'm a working actor who's always looking for ways to increase my endurance and stamina in my field. The trainers here help me continue my growth. I know some people worry about the pricing, but to be honest you are getting the ultimate package of personal training and group sessions!

  My wife and I decided to join in June and have loved every ache and pain since. Coach Terri, Joseph, Dom, Troy and Jay are great to work with and they truly care about providing the best workout possible. The team atmosphere is why I love this gym. Not only do you receive positive motivation from your station partners, but it gives you the opportunity to pass along positive motivation to someone who may be a first timer or who is struggling to get through the last 10 seconds of a station!
