Unlike those karate or taekwando franchises, this unique school is owned and operated by the Chinese kungfu master Luo Li, a gentle family man. He teaches the art of strengthening your mind, your soul and your body, NOT the art of fighting. I am very happy to have found this school for my kids. We don't approve of fighting. You may think that learning the forms is boring but in the long run they will help you find your place in the universe.

Sifu Lou Li is the most patient teacher who pushes you to do your best, but also lets you learn at your own pace. Not only is it a great school for kids, but it is also amazing for adults. I have learned so much since I started kung fu and I definitely feel it has improved my health and my lifestyle. There is a definite comradery with the students, we all cheer each other on and try to help each other when we can. This school is like my second home.

(January 28, 2015, 7:44 pm)Very knowledgable instructor with a great deal of patience. The forms are very complex, technical, and very rewarding. The other students there are very dedicated, and welcoming to new comers. I am extremely grateful to train with the King of the Eagle Claw.
