“I had an amazing experience here. I'm terrified of needles and prone to dizziness, and came in for a 1:45 appointment to get some pretty extensive bloodwork. My phlebotomist was amazing and talked me through the entire process. Afterward I started drifting and getting dizzy and nauseous, and she made sure I had my head down, got me water and an ice pack, and set me up in a recovery room until I felt well enough to go home. She did an amazing stick as well and the entire process was very good, you can tell they really care about their patients' wellbeing.”

“Do yourself a favor and take a free first workout, you won’t regret! I was always bored with gyms and not being active most of my day, started to look for options around. I was driving by 9round and got intrigued by it and loved the idea. Took my first free workout and it was exactly what I was looking for! I met Ernie who showed me around and guided every step. He was the reason I signed up the same day! It is amazing how much energy, patience, encouragement and support Ernie gave throughout the session. It really feels like you have a personal trainer with you all the time, and while membership is on the expensive end, I think the admission price totally worth it. I love the fact that this is a quick 30-minute workout so no excuses to skip it. And you cannot beat the convenience of the flexible schedule – just show up any time! Workout changes every time and it is really fun! By end of it, I crawl out to my car. Yes, you will be exhausted but you will feel great! Really glad I found this place!”

“My experience at OneBlood was very pleasant. After the initial screening process I was greeted by a friendly nurse, Katey. She asked a few questions in regard to my health. This screening will indicate your blood type, pulse rate, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. She was very professional and gentle. I have a fear of needles, but did not feel any pain whatsoever. The whole process took aprox. 20 - 30 minutes. It was very rewarding to donate and help a person in need. I actually learned that by donating blood you can save up to 3 lives! The building is immaculate with a very professional staff. After the procedure was completed I was given a t-shirt and a $10 gift card. Also, they offer yummy snacks in the waiting room. Overall, a pleasant experience. If you enjoy helping others this is a wonderful opportunity to do so.”
