There is a wide range of students - all ages, genders and experience levels. Everyone comes together to help each other get better. What I like most is the family-like atmosphere. No politics or rivalry and they open up the gym to welcome anyone who wants to train. Price was so much better than the other places we looked. It is a little smaller than some of the big name gyms but no less effective. In fact I think there is a more personable approach having a somewhat smaller gym.”

It's hard to tell where your feet end and the water begins, this helped isolate what my mind was focused on. When I heard the music to tell me it was over I was sad and wanted more time. Now I'm contemplating getting a membership and doing this monthly. Felt as relaxed as I have after having an hour long massage. Highly recommend!”
