“I have been living here for 2 years and the overall experience is very good. It is safe and quiet. The staff here are very friendly .The maintenance group is excellent. The manager here is very reasonable. I did have some problem with the advanced moving out notice . Instead giving them 60 days notice, I gave them 45 days in advance and that brings trouble(I thought I just needed to give them 30 days notice in advanced). The manager communicated with me very well. Even though I still need to pay extra money, I feel that the amount of charge is not unacceptable. After all, I signed the lease but did not pay attention to the terms. By the way, you need to give them a WRITTEN notice before moving out. Except the problem I mentioned above, the living experience here is my best experience among different apartment complex. I have been renting for 6 years in total and tried 5 apartment complexes in Central Florida.”
