“I was not sure about Skype Voice Lessons, but with Doug it is great. I was driving 35 minutes both ways for my daughter to get voice lessons and then I was not all that impressed with the teacher. Doug is great and I don't have to take more time out of my schedule for travel. Doug makes things fun for my daughter and uses simple short exercises for practice techniques which is great for a 10 year old.”

“Best daycare Oviedo has to offer! Both our babies started there at three months old and stayed all the way until they began kindergarten. We were blessed with amazing teachers for both our kiddos. Our daughter is deaf and both the teachers and admin went above and beyond to accommodate her special needs. Star Child is family owned and operated. They have a clear dedication to providing a safe, high quality and fun learning environment for the kids. So grateful the Star Child family was a part of our lives for 7 years. “This is our first year at The Village Academy and I don't have a single negative thing to say about this gem of a school that is hidden from the eyes of the special needs community and that is a huge mistake.This is the first time in a long time that I feel truly happy for my kid who has some really challenging behaviors to be really loved and totally accepted for who he is. I have to say that the director,Ms DINA is a god send for us.She is such a positive influence in this school that is truly reflected in all of the teachers and therapists that work in the school. This school is really a second home for my son away from home. I as a parent have chosen to volunteer at the school a number of times and I am always amazed at the kind of chemistry the teachers and therapists have with all the kids. The whole school is one big happy family and they have so much fun together. This is the kind of school I would have liked to attend when I was a kid. The field trips are amazing where they transport all the kiddos in their own school van and go to fun,fun places. The other parents are always so nice and friendly to talk to and everyone seems so happy to be here. Why not?, when the kids are happy,the parents are too and share a common piece of mind. And oh, my son absolutely loves the horses that they go to every other week. Overall,the best decision I ever made in my son's life. THANK YOU,MS DINA and the whole team,you guys are WONDERFUL:)”

“My son has been going here for almost 2 years now and he loves it! Miss Angie, Miss Natalie, Miss Grace, Miss Randy, Miss Whitney, Miss Nikki, Miss Cat, Miss Alba. I can keep going and going. All the teachers here are awesome and I’m happy as long as he’s happy. If an issue arises they are on it and try their best to get it resolved. They have a great app that allows the teachers to post meals and activities that the kids do daily. I really hope this helps my son is 3 and it took me a while to find somewhere that he loves and most importantly is TAUGHT and this was it for me.”

“I love everything about this school. Nothing but excellent experiences. We have a disabled child and all have gone above and beyond to accommodate him from teachers to paras to cafeteria personnel. We also have 2 other boys in the school and their learning experience has been exceptional. Our oldest was identified as gifted and placed in gifted classes and our middle has had wonderful teachers who have recognized his special gifts and helped him with his shyness. The extended day program has been wonderful and again, all have gone above and beyond to accommodate all three boys.”

My youngest started daycare there in 2013, did the VPK program, has attended after-school and has been in Gymnastics and Rascals Cheer. We love the staff and the diversity of all the things they offer. It's not just a day care or boring summer camp. They have so much to keep the kid's interested. Love, Love Love this place!!”

This school has a positive and comfortable environment. The only problem is the dress code. I think they should loosen it up a little and not give dress code for tiny little things.”
