“Joe was awesome we run a very high traffic salon and after 3 plumbers they could not fix our toilet but still charged us. We called Joe and he came that same day and did a free estimate. We were going to get a whole new toilet and Joe said to let him try fixing it first he fixed the toilet and let it run for over a week to be sure it was fixed before charging us. The South Orlando location sent me off on my own to test drive a car and made me feel as though my sales process wasn’t important or deserving of receiving of a good service experience. I decided to leave and head to Audi North Orlando. The location itself is much more welcoming and Frank was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient and explored all of the options I was interested in. He was not pushy and did not rush me through the process. I decided on the Audi A6 Sport and absolutely love it. “These folks were great to deal with. Everything from first contact to driving the vehicle off the lot was first class. Very low pressure and very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Helped us secure financing right out of bankruptcy with an interest rate much lower than we anticipated. All of their used cars are top of the line trade-ins - they send anything less to their other dealerships and it shows in their inventory. Please be aware that they do charge a $799 dealer fee on top of tax, tag & title. However, after going through the experience, its worth to not have to deal with shady car salespeople.”

“I am not a fan of buying something like cabinets without putting my hands on them so this experience seemed doomed from the start but the price made it worth the risk, almost... If Ivy hadn't been so accommodating and helpful with her expertise and advice I most likely would never have taken the leap. Not ONE aspect of this purchase went awry except for the delivery which was completely out of her control and she still got part of my shipping costs refunded! My cabinets arrived ahead of schedule but I paid extra to have lift gate service that they'd be off-loaded on the ground by the trucking company. When they arrived the cabinets had been placed in the front of the truck with five inboard V8 engines in crates at the rear. I had to climb over the engines and hand each cabinet to the driver and them unload them off the rear of the truck after that. After telling Ivy what happened she immediately refunded me the lift gate fee and THEN reported it to the freight line. Then came the assembly. With every question I had (and there were lots!) came another detailed explanation AND a YouTube video to follow. I am no expert on cabinetry but the cabinets I purchased are very well built and I didn't find one scratch on the entire 48 linear feet I purchased. I am not that easy to please but These folks went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks you so much for making this a pleasurable experience. I could not have asked for more!”
