“9/10/2018: Air Flow Designs, I am happy to report, cares about their quality of work and they are happy to make things right. They sent another technician to fix the work performed by the first. The person worked a solid 4 hours in fixing the problem areas and the quality of work was excellent. I am happy to say I will remain a Air Flow customer. 8/29/2018: After speaking with customer support, I was called for an appointment and a technician came to inspect the work done. The company said it will redo the work and apologized. I will update after the rework is done. ---------- Disappointing work from otherwise good company. Paid for duct work to increase the air flow (and coldness) of the first floor of my townhome. I was unable to check the work properly at the time (my mistake): 1) The new duct installed was covered with tape. At first I imagined the duct was broken, but after checking, the tape covered all the 8" in the duct... because the outlet is a 9 inch. The 8 and 9 inch ducts where spliced together near the outlet. The main problem is this decreases the air flow, which is exactly what I was paying to fix. 2) The old duct connection was covered only with duct tape. No mastic or underlay material. This lowers the efficiency of the unit and the cooling. 3) The new outlet to the box only had tape also. Again, lowering efficiency and cooling. In general, this is the type of work of a handyman, not an established company. Once I realized the type of work the person did, I called Air Flow to complain.”

“Circuit Motorsports did a great job on my 2017 WRX. I'm the type of person that will typically do all the work myself, but sometimes when you are limited in time, skill and/or tools you need to find a shop you could trust. I had initially tried to attempt a J-pipe install myself On Christmas day. Ended up running into a stubborn turbo bolt that I eventually rounded off (I tried everything, PB Blaster, Brake Fluid, Blow Torch nothing worked). The car ended up staying on jack stands past the New Year. Contacted Circuit at the beginning of the new year and was able to bring in the car the next day. Quite frankly, I was embarrassed at the state of my car when I brought it to Circuit (another DIY'er dun goofed). A rounded turbo bolt and heat shields just barely installed. I was excited to hear later in the day that I would be able to pick up at the end of the work day. The customer service all around was fantastic. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable about the platform and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. All in all, well worth money for quality work and peace of mind. Now I am all smiles when I turn the key. Will be back for Trans and Diff service.”

I thought that was such a courteous act in spite of the mild pain I was in. I’ve had a broken foot in Oct and had it surgically corrected and it’s been a few months so with me still limping I’m glad they’re still genuine people in this world especially my local Walmart. “The Teriyaki steak sub was quite tasty and sweet. They stuffed it with an abundance of meat/onions/sauce. In fact, I think the sub may have been more enjoyable with less sauce or perhaps all of it on the side to be added at the customers discretion. I'll chalk the soggy bread up to the time I came (right before close). Not to say it was bad, but it just seemed rushed. Definitely going back for something new like The Gator.”
