“Had an emergency where my shower would not turn off. Chris told me over the phone how to shut off my water and scheduled an appointment to fix the shower the following morning. I was unable to shut off the water and in my panic he agreed to come over immediately and fix the problem. 30 mins later he came over and not only fixed my broken shower cartridge but also how to turn off my water on my own in the case of future emergencies. And what would you know it was much more simple than what I was doing with the main water valve. Thank you so much for coming over even though you were spending time with your family. Chris is truly an amazingly compassion step person! I highly recommend”

“There are a lot of great deals on stuff in here just be careful of some of the non name brand items. For example some of the Chicago Tools stuff is very good especially for the price and some are a waste of money. If you are buying a level there always check it against another level before buying you get one non adjustable ...some of the levels in there I bought were bowed and would get a good level...that being said as long as you use caution you will be fine. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the store is kept clean. There are a lot of great bargains and plenty of parking.”
