Willow couldn't have been more patient with us through the entire process! Being out of state buyers (during COVID), we weren't able to go to any open houses or see any properties, but Willow did her utmost to check out everything we expressed interest in. She sent us video of the entire home and followed up with our endless questions. She was always extremely responsive and professional. We would use the Volen Group again, in a heartbeat!

They worked on every detail of the purchase process and checked into a multitude of details for us while seamlessly integrating themselves with all entries involved in our very quick turn around and closing date. Willow was there for us in every way answering countless texts and emails, personally delivering our earnest money cashiers check to the closing company, meeting inspectors and contractors and she attending the final walk-through for us. She is still following up on all sorts of details for us now, well after closing, like proactively purchasing a new garage door remote control for us! Can’t say enough good things about this team!
