CareSpot Urgent Care at Nocatee

Today pretty much sucked for me, having to go to the Urgent Care. My local in St. Augustine was closed because their front desk person didn’t show up (what they said). I was disappointed that I had to drive 30 mins to this location, but figured I wasn’t doing anything anyway.

Everyone in this office was amazing and should be commended on their professionalism and overall care they provided. It was a pleasant experience during an overall unpleasant day. Definitely 5-star and your front desk person was more than helpful!

My visit CareSpot was great. I found I had a more severe problem & they gave me everything I needed to head to the emergency room at Baptist South. Everything was done professionally from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this Carespot ever since the doors opened and have had nothing but a STELLAR experience here. Josh Dearth is the absolute hands down BEST. He has the best bedside manner and spends so much time with his patients. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. I have been to this center many times over the years for different reasons and I always leave having had the best experience. They are friendly up front and very helpful and if you have an appointment, with the exception of an incoming emergency, the wait is very reasonable. You will not regret coming here.

Excellent service. I drove out of my way to go to this location, and am so glad I did. My experiences at a closer location were less than to be desired. Highly recommend this location for all your urgent care needs!! A+++ I know I will return. As a nurse, I expect myself to give my best to my own patients, that is what I received here. 💗 class act from the front desk to the back…everyone was helpful, kind, caring and professional!!
