(May 14, 2021, 10:01 am)Jake came to our house in ponte Vedra where we’ve been having our gardenias get eaten up by tiny black bugs. He had never seen this bug in 17 years. Took a flower, ran it under a microscope and contacted me 2 days later to tell me it was a variant of a Thrip. Was here the next day to treat it. Could not have been more professional or more helpful. Thanks Jake.
