It surprises me how amazing the employees at this location are. I was traveling through the area, I got a nail in my tire. They recommended I get 4 new tires and It was the best thing I did! They were very busy but instead of turning me away, they took care of me. I’m so glad I stopped here!! Thanks, Douglas and Rob!!

I trust this crew of hard workers and the customer service is great. I take all 3 of my vehicles here. They truly work hard to make customers feel welcomed, spend time talking through the "why's" behind the "what's" and ensure your vehicle is running properly. These guys ARE NOT the type to up selling you brake fluid changes you don't need every time you walk in, which is a breathe of fresh air in the vehicle mechanical service space these days.

Amazing job today! 😄 I came in 30 minutes to closing time. Had a flat and my own ride home. Said I don’t need them to fix it today. I can wait. But they got right to it. I was done in 30 minutes! They were all so friendly. I will come back for all my service needs. Best service I’ve had anywhere!

They patched my tire that had a nail stuck in it for free and were super nice and wouldn't even accept a tip! Thanks so much!!!!

Exceeded my expectations...far more than the simple oil change I needed for my high mileage, out of state vehicle, I needed to find a team that I believed would treat me like family. A team I could trust to provide the best service without pushing unneeded repairs - yet keeping my safety as their highest priority. A team that would provide the same level of service and high level of integrity as I received from my Goodyear team in my home state. A team that I could trust with more serious repairs should they arise. I found that team in Rob Grasso, Team Leader, and Roger, the technician who serviced my vehicle at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, 131 Gateway Circle, St.Johns FL. Beyond their 'customer service professionalism' in the face of a simple oil change - there was just something about them both that made me 'feel' their honesty and integrity. It doesn't matter how big or small the interaction - sometimes you just know 'good people' when you meet them. Thanks Rob and Roger - for making me feel I could trust you like family. (An unexpected kindness: I had a beach chair in my car that I mentioned to Rob I wanted to get so I could sit outside while I waited. He said he had a chair he would bring out for me. And he did!)
