(October 12, 2022, 9:42 pm)Stopped in the other day after a very unhappy experience at Petco and was relieved that the staff was very helpful and cheerful. They greeted me the minute I walked in. The store was immaculate! My daughter and I walked the entire store and were amazed at how clean the tanks were. The bathroom was very clean which was quite impressive. The treats that they have by the registers are now my dog's favorite. I highly recommend this location. Kudos to the cashier named Jessalyn!

(August 18, 2022, 3:31 pm)Mike in Grooming is literally the BEST pet groomer in Jacksonville! He is very kind and professional and my dog just adores him! All the staff at this location is always happy and helpful and always has the best customer service! I can tell that the entire staff all truly love animals. The deals on the merchandise is great for members and they carry many items that I usually only find online. TEN STARS!

Her expertise with reptiles was very reassuring to first time bearded dragon owners! She assisted us with everything we needed to feel confident in welcoming the newest member of our brood.
