I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights.

The room is cosy and I really do love it. I will definitely come again, but the downside is the shower clogs and will need sometime for the water to clear to the drainage. You’ll have a bit of pooling in the shower.

The housekeeping isn’t so good cause they don’t clean the room everyday.

The hotel has this really cosy open area at the first floor for u to have a chat with friends and family and there’s also a heater at one of the table. It’s a really wonderful stay.

The location is close to outlet clothes store and I really recommend, but the area lacks toiletries store or market to buy groceries or food you can snack in the hotel. Otherwise there’s Starbucks there.

We spent 5 nights there recently and had a great time. We were there for orientation at CSULB for our son and decided to make a little vacation out of it. Great location. The little restaurant and bar were great too. The food was really good although we didn’t eat there a lot we did have breakfast a few times. Parking is in the garage next door and is reasonably priced. There was a 2 day rave going on when we rolled in so it was a little crazy and probably very difficult to get out of the garage when it’s packed full. One of the elevators did breakdown on our last day. All in all, a great stay.

There is no better place to stay while in Long Beach. I went for 2 concerts and the street fair.... all walkable from the Hyatt Centric.
The nautical themed hotel makes for a cozy , comfortable environment and the staff is the best. Prompt and pleasing , ready to welcome you as a VIP passenger on your next cruise to Long Beach.

The best part about the Centric Pike is it’s location and staff. It is very convenient and a short walk to everything. Parking is a challenge but ride shares were available within minutes at all hours. The staff was very friendly. I was traveling with my wife and three young children. After a five hour flight my youngest was over-tired and the doorman, front desk staff, and head of housekeeping were very accommodating. The front desk brought a wagon of small toys for the children to pick from, which calmed my youngest and distracted all three, while housekeeping worked to get our room ready slightly early. The doorman was helpful with the luggage and getting it to our room. The two queen bed room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the pack and play we requested was already there. The best part about the room was the shower had a hose, which makes bathing young children after the pool so much easier. Rooftop was perfect. We could see the bay and the ocean. It was April and the bar wasn’t open for the season yet, but I expect when it is the rooftop is a busy place. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I recommend it to anyone traveling to Long Beach.

This hotel is great. I stayed to attend a conference that was within walking distance of the venue, and it is a one-stop shop area. If you are coming for a conference, there is no need to rent a car because you can walk to Starbucks, the conference center, restaurants, and even the outlet shops if you forget a jacket. The hotel has a small restaurant where they serve a pretty good breakfast (good potatoes), and they also have a bar that opens in the evenings. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a nice view of the area.

Check the weather before you come. It was very cold; much cooler than I anticipated. The only complaint I have is that there is no shuttle to the Long Beach Airport.

Good service Good price only fixes what need fix no surprise

Have used O since moved here 6 yrs. Ago. Always upfront and honest, professional, clean waiting room. Taking appointments mostly, the wait time is minimal, depending on service needed.
I had blowout on US1, night before, first thing in AM. I called.
They ordered a new tire, it was in that afternoon. It took 35 min. And they checked other 3 tires..
Always a great experiences deal with them.

The people at this automotive shop are incredibly courteous and professional. They took in my 1991 Widebody Cadillac brougham and diagnosed a very serious issue with my engine I had after I did a cylinder head job myself. I was one hundred percent fine with paying a diagnostic fee for their detailed test and check work…..yet when I had came in to pick it up, they had told me their would be no charge. No charge for a freaking master in-house GM technician to look at my Chevy 305……..I was floored. I don’t think you can get better service anywhere else. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who needs any kind of automotive work done. The guy I dealt with was “Shafer” and he was extremely kind and straightforward.

This place is great. Very professional. Excellent work on my car. Full service shop.
Repaired my brakes and got me 2 tires. Also warned me of future work that may need performed. Honest and friendly.
Repairs done in a timely manor.
Definitely recommend this shop.
