Taylor Training Systems

Wonderful place! Whether you're there to get in shape, stay healthy or maintain.....the training staff is superb and knowledgeable! Your goal is their goal! I highly recommend this facility!! The best part for me is the one-on-one personal training. Judgement free! And when you're "older", that's a good thing! Looking forward to obtaining my personal goal with Nick and then exceeding it!

Different in all the best ways. I have done the DIY, at your own pace open gyms... I have done the super engaged Crossfit family. Don't get me wrong - those options can be great, but Taylor Training Systems is different.

This is a place where you can come and feel home. You can walk away for an hour and focus on YOU. Surrounded not only by regular people who are all just trying to be better each day, but supported by a coaching team that genuinely cares with everything they have.

Jeremy, Nick and the other coaches are great in that they are SO approachable. There are no dumb questions. There are no stigmas. The programming is intentional and they LOVE to tell you why you are doing something and why it is important. This has changed my mindset from the goal being such an intense workout that I am crawling out the door after, and it is so refreshing. Plus all the value adds like the podcast, nutrition help, etc. etc.

So grateful for this space and most of all these people.

This gym is not to be confused with any other fitness facilities in town. Their programing is extremely well thought out and can be leveled up or down to what you need during the 1 hour class. Jeremy and Nick are good people who genuinely care about you. If you show up to class your personal goals will be exceeded as you keep working through their programming. The members are some of the best, most influential people in our town and their energy is contagious. If you're looking for a quality workout, clean/organized place, and new friends c'mon over!

5 stars for Jeremy, Nick, and Rob! I love the energy they bring every day. I used to solely focus on cardio workouts but being in my 40’s I knew I needed to make a shift and build muscle and strength. I didn’t know the proper way to lift or even the right weights to use - the guys make you so comfortable, give instructions, provide coaching, and push you when you need it! 3 months in now and I can feel the difference in my overall fitness health. I’m stronger and definitely more confident in the gym. Love this place!

My husband and I were looking for a great St. Augustine gym for functional training and stumbled upon Taylor Training Systems.

We both feel stronger and healthier than we have in a long time and really enjoy going to the gym 3-5x per week.

Jeremy, Nick and Rob are all awesome and knowledgeable coaches who make anyone feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level.

Definitely recommend if you are looking for smart, functional training and a great community.
