Our recent move to Florida, from Long Island, prompted us to look for insurance products. We chose to do business with the Gilliland Insurance Group. We met with Scott and were shown a number of insurance policies that addressed our needs. They were fully explained to us and all questions were answered in a stress free setting. We are pleased with our experience with Gilliland and are glad we chose to do business with them.

I have been working with Jennifer for approx 4 to 5 years and I can vouch for her professionalism (and friendly) and super responsiveness. Jennifer listens. A while back she heard me contemplate selling my 1980 MGB, and proactively connected me with a dealer who specializes in classic sports cars. Scott assures that I have the BEST home coverage possible. Besides being extremely intelligent, he is kind, patient and empathetic. Best of all he responds during emergencies such as Matthew or my insurance being dropped both times on a weekend. Scott and his team are the greatest. I went with Gilliland Insurance Group with my homeowners insurance for my new construction home In Sept 2020. Scott is very responsive and just a good all around agent. He made sure I had the best deal available for my situation, and also made sure I understood every part of my police answering all my questions thoroughly. So it was a no brainer to give him a call when my auto insurance policy was up for renewal to see if he could do better than what I had, and sure enough Scott came through again with more coverage at a cheaper rate than I was paying. If you're looking for a one stop shop for insurance coverage, trust me when I say Gilliland Insurance Group is in a class of their own, and I highly recommend them.

Great experience working with Jennifer! Our homeowners insurance increased by $1000 so we decided it was time to shop around. Jennifer found us a new policy with better coverage & saved us the $1000. Since we needed a new homeowners policy we decided to see if we could find savings on our truck, motorcycle & umbrella policies.
