  Dr Haynes is fantastic. Very skilled doctor with spinal injections and diagnoses. They help make my day to day living a little easier after two spinal fusion surgeries and Degenerative Disc Disease as well as Sciatica. They send texts to remind you of assessments and video appointments. Highly recommend these pain specialists! A+

  Dr. Hanes and Tara Adams have made a new woman of me! I am 72 years old and have been in a lot of pain for as long as I can remember. Long story short, he repaired my fractured vertebra. Yes I am a little sore from where the needle went in but I feel wonderful!!! I slept well for the first time in years and can move and walk with no pain! I can't thank Dr. Hanes and his wonderful team enough for the incredible change in how I feel! I feel much younger now and have a LOT of energy (and this is only the 2nd day post surgery!) I would not go to anyone else for pain management. I highly recommend Dr. Hanes at the St. Augustine, FL location and his staff there. From the front desk to the team that takes your vitals to Tara and Dr. Hanes, I have always been treated kindly and with concern. Dr. Hanes is a God-send!

  I have Type 1 Diabetes, I was diagnosed as teenager, I have had tremendous neuropathy pain and no one could help me. I became depressed because my legs were always hurting. I stopped running and working out, my life changed from the pain I was experiencing. I gained a lot of weight too. I heard good things about Jax Spine and made an appointment. I thankfully was assigned to see Dr. Michael Hanes. Dr. Hanes was not only very generous with his time, he was also very very knowledgeable to my symptoms and treatment options. I ended up getting a spinal stimulator and it changed my life forever. I’m back to living the life again!!! I am running, working out and super active, I also have lost almost 30lbs. I can not thank Dr. Hanes enough for giving my life back to me.
