Super clean room and common areas. Staff was nice and the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good in the morning plenty of choices more than I expected. If you are looking for a decent hotel this is your best bet they will definitely be on my list to return and I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Very clean rooms and grounds. The pool was nice and clean as well. Beds were comfortable and the ac worked great! Front desk staff was very nice. Love the playground and dog park. Breakfast was just as good as all the other chain motels. Will definitely stay again!

My second time staying in 3 years and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The environment is peaceful and safe. The property is very clean and room was well equipped for our stay. Room was clean and housekeeping made sure we had what we needed even after declining room service. The property is pet friendly which is a huge plus. They have simple pet policy and rules to accommodate everyone. The breakfast buffet is well put together. The pool and spa is amazing. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy all the amenities they have to offer at an affordable rate. Close to outlets and lots of restaurants and stores. Very convenient. Last but not least the front lobby staff is very accommodating as well during check in and check out!!!

This is our second stay in three years. Very clean, excellent place to stay at a reasonable price. Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie, Dos Coffee, and Daily's are basically right out front. Plus, it's right across the street from the outlet mall and close to the historic district with plenty of things to do. With a nice little dog park, pool, spa, and playground area, and an amazing deal on pets ($10/night for the first pet but the second one stays free) you really couldn't find a better affordable place to stay in Saint Augustine. Highly recommend.

For an economy place, it was very nice. The room seemed very clean and pleasant. Chris, the front desk man, was very kind, helpful and professional. He seemed to cared as though he owned the place. We usually stay at a chain, but would consider staying here again. We stayed 2 nights so we could have plenty of time to enjoy historical St Augustine which was about 5 miles away. The breakfast was nice as well. The location is a little difficult to find but is right off the 95 exit.
