  Me and my wife were attending a Calvary chapel church when we were living in Melbourne, Fl that changed our lives. We moved to Saint Augustine, FL in 2015. In searching for a church home the first time we attended Awaken City Church we knew we found our church home. God is alive and working thru the pastors' messages, music and friendly people, we love it.

  When we first visited Awaken City Church, we were not sure what to expect meeting in a theater. We thought there would be issues finding the room, where to worship, and where to sit. When my wife and I arrived at the theater entrance, we were greeted by several friendly people wearing ACC shirts. They introduced themselves and walked us to the right location. Their ability to make us feel welcome on our first visit made us want to attend again. The worship service was a blessing for both my wife and I. After hearing the beautiful music and the message from God’s word, both of us knew we wanted to attend again. After the services, the pastors and other members were there to answer any questions we had. After attending a few more times, we knew that Awaken City Church was where God wanted us to be. We soon became members ourselves and have been blessed to be a part of this church now for more than four years.

  When we moved to Florida, our family was searching for a place of worship for a long time. We found Awaken City Church online first and viewed their worship service. Both Pastor Billy and Pastor Jeff delivered messages straight from scriptures. Taking our family through the Bible - chapter by chapter and verse by verse.
  
  We attended the service (at Epic Theater) and were greeted by so many of the church family as we entered. The feeling walking into the service was warm, welcoming and authentic. Each person we saw was genuine and we immediately wanted to return.
  
  Since that time, we have learned about ownership vs. membership. ACC encourages each person to take ownership in their church family-not just be a member that can come and go at their convenience. The messages are almost always chapter by chapter of books of the Bible with topical messages sporadically and appropriately mixed in (special events, and seasons). The worship service is fantastic and their children's program is cared for by so many that love the children and families they serve.
  
  I believe that so many families can find scripture-based messages and truth being taught at a learning and growth level at Awaken City Church. For sure, enough to try. And if ACC is not a fit for your family, then maybe we can help you find one that is. But if you're considering a place to worship, Awaken City Church absolutely is a place where I believe you can call home. If you are single, a married couple, small or large family, young or old -this is a wonderful and warm place to worship our Heavenly Father! Give it a shot. I honestly think you'll be glad you did! And you will be blessed.

  When we moved to St. Augustine, we were looking for a vibrant and Bible based church. We’re so thankful God led us to the group of people who make up Awaken City Church. We found a service where you can worship “in spirit and in truth”. Great music & teaching! And we can’t say enough good things about the people we’ve met here. They’ve welcomed us like family from day one.

  Awaken City is my home church. Everyone there is welcoming and open. Pastor Billy and Pastor Jeff give pertinent sermons and our praise team is amazing!
  I am a service team member and love helping in Children’s ministry. Awaken City is a great non denomination, non judgemental church.
