Seth has an amazing knowledge of how the body moves and, more importantly, why and how something may be hurting. he has helped my family and me work through numerous injuries. His bedside manners are amazing and he explains things in a way that even kids can understand. I highly recommend Seth.

I strained my lower back. The chiropractor wanted me to go 3X per week for 8 weeks. I thought that was excessive and reached out to Seth who I was told was a “miracle worker”. He really listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable on how to treat me. I felt instant relief from just one visit. I always leave here feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and with a plan on my own to keep it that way! Seth always takes the time to understand the issue, figure out the underlying cause and works to treat not just the immediate issue but also puts together a treatment plan to either fix mechanics and movement patterns or to strengthen the problem area or surrounding muscles. There isn’t a time I’ve been here that he hasn’t fixed me and then some! His knowledge and expertise is truly priceless!
