    This is my home away from home. They are family and push me beyond what i thought possible. Phenomenal results, great environment, and love the community. Great place!!!

    Moving from Chicago to Saint Augustine was a big move for my family. Finding the right school, the right church and a fitness facility were top priorities.     Everyday when I walk into The Exchange Fitness, I am always greeted by the coaches and gym members. I feel like we are a big family here! We do things together as a team - Momma House taught me that. I also get great results when we do challenges, as long as I don't cheat on MyFitnessPal food log - David House taught me that. I would recommend this gym to anyone who doesn't want to get into shape alone!

    This is my home gym and I love it here. Everyone from the owners, coaches, and members are so welcoming and helpful. If you're looking for a place to get in shape, be motivated, and meet some amazing people, this is the place!

    If you are looking for a gym that doesn't feel like a gym, this is the place to go. I love working out here. The trainers are AWESOME and really care about your health and fitness goals. They are always right there to help you with exercise movements to make sure you are doing them correctly. Everyone at The Exchange makes you feel like part of their family. I love the community feel each time I walk in the gym. I am glad I found this place and will continue on my fitness journey with them. I just completed the 6 week challenge. I lost 8.4 pounds and lost 2.8% body fat and already feel better than I have in a long time. Try them out, you will love them too.
