    The apartments or condos seem to be a fair size it is outdated throughout most of the complex as far as location it's perfect and very quiet area. Walking to get breakfast lunch or dinner can be done without much effort as it is right downtown historical St Augustine

    This is a well maintained, affordable and cozy pocket of serenity located amongst beautiful trees and unpaved roads. My Uncle has lived here for years and we always love visiting him here.
