  This is my third experience closing on a home and by far my most enjoyable. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience that includes a ton of required documents. Working with Sheree Akins at New Frontier Title has made navigating the documents very easy. She was professional, patient, and readily available to answer all my questions. Her attention to detail was evident in the way she provided clear and easy to follow instructions. Sheree made me feel as if I was her only client, even though she was quite busy, thus reducing my stress level significantly. I would recommend Sheree and this title company to anyone requiring this service. Thanks Sheree for such outstanding service.

  I recently received impeccable customer service from Sheree Akins. Our mortgage processor reached out to her regarding our property in Florida. Sheree worked for the title company that processed the closing paperwork back in 2008. We were having a difficult time getting documentation we needed for our current lender. Though Sheree didn't have access to the needed documents, as they were with the previous company that is no longer in business, she took time out of her busy day to research public documents and provide it to our processor so our loan process could continue. It is very rare these days to find people who are willing to go above the call of duty to help someone, especially someone who is not a current client. Our current lender accepted all of the documentation Sheree provided our processor, and Sheree was instrumental in making this happen. She has truly made a positive difference.

  Recently sold 10 acres in Christmas FL and used New Frontier for the closing. Sheree was absolutely marvelous! Easy to work with, kept me informed and answered all my questions. Even went out of her way to take closing documents to my Uncle in Winter Park to have him sign and then sent the closing package to me via Fedex. I would highly recommend this company and especially Sheree. Wonderful experience!!!

This office will stay open late to close at anytime the borrower requires. The Service is very fast and friendly and my Borrowers always are pleased.
