Ocala Eye at The Villages

This doctor is the very best. Of course, he is an expert in his field but his kind and down to earth mannerisms are what separates him from many other medical professionals. He exudes confidence and spends as much time as is necessary to apprise you of the status of your situation and the prognosis. Moreover, he speaks in plain language and is receptive to your questions and needs. The results of my surgery were exactly as stated and could not have been better. Wonderful person and doctor.

After doing much research of the Doctors and staff, I made an appt for possible cataract surgery. I was treated with kindness on the phone and told I could make the appt with the doctor of my choice. The appts run smooth with wait time on time. The staff members work well together. I have not had any surgery yet, but the office staff and communications center communicate great. I look forward to scheduling a surgery soon.

Dr. Armstrong is one of the very best. She is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Perhaps one of her most important characteristics is -- she has complete respect for her patients as individuals with minds. Working with her is an excellent partnership in medical care. She is utterly outstanding.

I have always been pleased with the care I receive at Ocala Eye and with Dr. Armstrong in particular. A great surgeon. I was disappointed today however when I checked out and was told my next appointment would be be with someone else by the receptionist. Who was unable to explain why. The office manager explained it was to free Dr. Armstrong up for patients needing surgery. Perfectly understandable but I wish it had been explained before I got to the check out desk by Dr. Armstrong herself. Was grateful to hear she would be available if I ever do need surgery.

Excellent professional experience. My appointment started on time. Hanna, the tech who preped me, was professional and courteous. I then saw Megan, nurse practitioner in Ophthalmology, who was professional and pleasant. After my examination, we discussed findings and suggestions for treatment, all understandable and to my mind spot on. I will followup with O Eye for further treatment.
Highly rated by me. I have seen other eye care professionals in the Villages area and O Eye is my choice.
