“I shopped around for weeks to get my living room, dining room and kitchen tiled. Roberto's did not only have the most competitive pricing in the Villages area, but they were also the least condescending and pressuring when helping me select a product that met my needs, my budget and my high-end esthetic. I found a beautiful tile that looks like old barn wood for the cost of linoleum (installed!). They set up the installation for a month later. It took 4 days for two skilled, pleasant, clean and hardworking workers to finish the work. They washed the floor several times before leaving and moved all furniture back in place. As I noticed a few things I needed addressed after the workmen had left, I called the owner Rafael, who was quick to come and address my issues. I had originally discussed that all trims would be properly placed back and painted after the tiling was completed (included in the original estimate). The tile men had left without adding a trim to the bottom of the baseboard, hence showing a small gap between the tiles and the bottom of the wall, which did not look nice and would have collected dirt. Rafael sent two workers just a few days later and they addressed my concerns in less than three hours and did an impeccable job. They added a bottom strip of wood to the wall baseboard and painted it. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. It is family-owned and friendly, obviously has years of experience in the field and is eager to work with customers to our utmost satisfaction! A++. V. Cheniaux, Lady Lake”
