Each person's experience will vary depending on their provider, insurance (unfortunately), and the interaction with the office staff. Our experience has been nothing but positive. Dr. Steve Kwon is our child's pediatrician. Both my wife and I are in healthcare, so we have a pretty good gauge when it comes to other healthcare providers. Dr. Kwon is really one of the best. He is friendly and caring, and we really couldn't ask for anything more. Our experience with the nurses and the front office staff has been great as well.
