I would definitely recommend this provider...came right to me and helped me out and it was also a great ride with Billy from Wildwood, FL all they way to Tampa, FL...So thank you guys so much for the help y’all are life savers ????

We were traveling south on I-75 on 12/28/19. Got a flat tire. But because lug nuts had been put on incorrectly by Goodyear Auto Service Center, 12340 Emerald Coast Parkway W, Miramar Beach, FL (see my review of them), we weren't able to remove the tire (damaged key nut, and lugs tightened too tight). The lug nuts wouldn't come off. By the time Jordan from ProCar arrived it was raining lightly, so not a pleasant night to be out working. But, he was cordial, worked very hard for over an hour to get the tire off so we could fix the tire there. But, he couldn't remove the lug nuts either, though he tried every conceivable (and some inconceivable) means of doing so. When we finally determined that the incompetent folks at Goodyear (see above) had made that impossible, he was VERY helpful in assisting me to get towed to a garage (non-Goodyear!) that would be open on a Saturday, was somewhat nearby, and also had decent proximity to the hotel that we had to stay in that night. He dropped the car off at the garage, left a note and took a picture to assure me that everything had been done properly, and sent me a text with the pic that night. Jordan worked very hard for us, with a great attitude. He was professional and competent, a good guy, and, in an hour of need, he really came through for us. We are SO grateful.

My driver Jordon was awesome! Thank u for getting me and the car safely off the side of I-75 this morning and back home! Very courteous and professional and would recommend to anyone. Even looked at my car and offered suggestions, which were appreciated. Thanks again Jordon!

Billy really is the King !!

Was at my location in minutes ready to get my busted vehicle home on a good looking flatbed. Most tow drivers are in a hurry to tie up and drive so they can get to the next job. Instead, Billy asked a few questions and volunteered to look around at the problem area. Two minutes later he discovered a disconnected ground wire that had fallen out of view. He even reattached it for me. I didn't know it but, after I cranked the Van up Billy waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and then called to make sure I was good before he departed.

I don't say this lightly. Billy's professionalism, timeliness and consideration speak volumes about ProCar Towing and it's leadership. Thank you ProCar.

By far the BEST towing experience I have ever had in my entire life. Jordan got my car on the truck within 10 minutes without any error. We had an hour drive back to Tampa from Bushnell and the entire drive I felt like I was talking to a friend I’ve known for years. I actually enjoyed the entire drive back to Tampa, and on arrival he had my car in my driveway without error within 10 minutes. Great company, great service, and Jordan is a beyond great driver. WOULD recommend!!
