“UPDATE: I have returned to this branch for a couple of bank dealings...including a new loan. This branch and staff continues to provide the best service and care for their members. Wanda Sanchez-Ortiz handled my loan and went above and beyond with staying ontop of everything and provided calls to me with updates along with dealership when more info was needed. It was an extremely busy Monday I could tell for her and the bank but she did not brush me off. It was about 5:30 pm and she was able to close on the loan that day...same day...which made me so excited!! Kudos as well to the underwriters... behind the scenes staff contribute to and are not forgotten. You have a lifetime member! This is the first time I have been in The Villages (Wildwood) branch to have questions answered on a recent closed loan. Very nice and welcoming branch! Jeannine greeted me and made me feel comfortable and at ease with asking my questions. She exudes professionalism and courtesy as well as knowledge. I was not rushed and she took the time "I" needed to understand by breaking down the numbers for me. It is rare to find someone who has a genuine caring and helpful manner as she showed me. I had such a pleasant experience I had to write a review. Campus CU has always treated me well online (Kimberly Marsh) but to know their exceptional customer service also carries to their branch representative is refreshing. Kudos!!! Very happy I am continuing a new loan with Campus CU.”

“Great place. Great people. Friendly customer service. No matter the time. Lines are long. Depending on what time you enter. They aren't just selling gas. They also have a deli inside. Come in and enjoy the food. Breakfast time is served at 5 am to 11 am and lunch is 11 am to 4 pm. Monday thru Friday . Saturday and Sunday. Is at 7am to 11 am lunch at 11am to 4 pm. The place is always packed but you can be guaranteed a smile and great customer service.”

“Jordyn rottermond set me up with a secure account at this branch. She is absolutely amazing and friendly. She helped my mom and I she was nothing but nice fast and intelligent. I recommend this branch and bank if you have bad credit they will help you set up a non over draft eligible account and get in and out quickly. “Made the mistake of only checking google to see if the branch was open on Saturdays. The banks hours are correct on their website but not on google. Waste of time and gas, lesson learned... I really cannot give the bank a bad mark based on service because the ladies there are always REALLY nice. However, I'd just say that perhaps the person keeping up with the website and google info correct some items...”
