“Seems to be going downhill. Outside not kept up: weeds , dirty windows. Inside seems clean. The shower curtain s was removed in men’s shower (shower rod kept falling down) - there is a simple solution, yet they are concerned about a wet floor (sign says: dry off before getting out of shower). Recently closed guest sitting area that had coat hooks and cubbies for keys,water, and a place for gym bags etc. and now call it is called a stretching area. They don’t want members stretching on mats in the large group class area. Moved sitting area to small area next to Front door with no place for jackets,,coats and bags. It will be interesting come winter. The staff is aways friendly and helpful and currently they have an excellent trainer but management’s listening skills need some work. After two years I’m probably moving on☹️ . :”
