  Finally so glad to have one local instead of having to make a trip to shop. They are definitely and knowledge as well. A huge selection compared to the ones in the area. I am here regularly and definately will be back again.

  Absolutely love this place! Took our 3 kids here for photos with Santa. You cant beat the free 4x6 picture you get.. the packages are super cheap for what you get as well. The elf man at check out put stars in my oldest sons eyes when he told him he was a real elf and took a pictures with him. It melted my heart. Everyone is always helpful and nice.

  Poor experience turned around. I had some issues with price matching through the store/calling up. I reached out to the store manager who replied within 15min on a Saturday which in itself is great service. the complaint was dealt with professional and feedback was given to the store on how to deal correctly with price matching. Todd was very apologetic and when above and beyond to make this right for me. Fred and John in the hunting section were great too and finalized everything for me. Moving forward i do not think customers will have this issue like i did. Thank you guys

  For the past two years, the ONLY thing my daughter has asked for for Christmas was an Animal Rescue Vet play set from Bass Pro. After looking for the play set online and seeing it was "out of stock" at my location in Daytona Beach, I contacted the store to verify but was met with disappointment again when the sales girl told me it was, in fact, out of stock. She transfered my call to the store manager, Greg Bowman, and he couldn't have been more eager to help me. After putting me on a brief hold so he could contact his toy department, he found me the LAST one in the whole store! He was so friendly and so helpful... He promised to hold it for me and let me know he would be available until 10pm. I raced to the store after work and was met with a smile by Greg. He rushed to the back and got the toy I asked for, wished us Merry Christmas and got right back to work. Greg was such a pleasure to deal with and truly saved Christmas for me and my daughter. I wish every store had someone like Greg!
  
  To Greg, thank you again. It might sound silly but you will probably never understand how meaningful what you did for me and my daughter was. I am forever grateful to you. Merry Christmas!!!

  The one in Daytona Beach is a nice big store and it's kept very clean and most of the time there's somebody there to help you that's actually knowledgeable about the product they're trying to sell. Prices can be a little high but sometimes you can also get to the best price around right there at Bass Pro Shops. The only thing I don't like about him is they don't sell bass assassin worms anymore. From their clothing to your shoes and your camping gear and boats. The list goes on.
