  Easy to find.always plenty of parking.its free and it has a play area for kiddos.bathrooms are usually gross but that's expected at a beach bathroom. There are grills you can use to cook out. It's open until 11pm for anyone into late night walks.

  My daughter and I grabbed lunch and just set in the parking lot with all our car windows down taking in the fresh cool salty Sea air. It was so relaxing but surprisingly few people were at the beach hanging out that afternoon. The weather was beautiful and the children were laughing and playing at the water splash park and on the playground. People were just chilling. It really is a great place to have fun and enjoy the Florida ????. Check it out and have a family picnic. Yes, Sun Splash Park has a small picnic area with grills. Enjoy!

  Nice, simple beach access. Free parking. Restrooms available. Shaded picnic tables. We normally drive onto and park on the beach but surf was very high so we couldn't do that. This was a great alternative.

  I love this park, my family and I have been coming here for years and it's free parking. It's very good place for people that also have families. It has a picnic area, a playground and a water fountain play area. The only thing some people may not like is that it's quite a walk from the boardwalk and the Daytona Beach Pier, but I myself don't mind the walk. I love taking off my shoes and strolling the beach as I make my way towards the pier.????????️
