Integra Shores Luxury Apartments

I don't usually take the time to write reviews on my experiences, but i felt like it was necessary to write a review on this one! I just moved to Florida this past year and apartment searching on top of relocating was a nightmare, the customer service in this town was horrible. I didn't know where to begin, and I was getting so frustrated. I was referred by a co-worker to Integra Shores, and wow, what a relief! The customer service was amazing from when I walked in to see the apartments, picked up my keys to my new home, and even now while I am still a happy resident here. I love the Staff, they are all so welcoming and kind, they are hands on and the property is really kept well. I also love the Resident events, they put so much effort into them and I've met so many new friends! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all so much!

Pretty good place. I've lived here for a year and a half. It's pricey, but it works out well if you have roommates. Lots of college students live here.

Make sure your apartment isn't near the RC track next door because they drive me nuts every Saturday plus whenever else they feel like it, but that's really not Integra's fault though. Also avoid facing the baseball field unless you're afraid of the dark because let me tell you those kids playing under the lights probably get better light after 9pm than they do at noon. The people they hire to do grounds could probably wait until after 8am to start with their leaf blowers, but they usually come on Thursdays anyway, so I suppose it's not too much of a bother since most people are probably supposed to be awake at that point anyway.

Getting delivery (whether that be food or otherwise) can be a pain, depending on the quality of the deliverer, due to the dreaded gate which most pizza dudes get one look at before they decide they aren't paid enough and call you to literally yell at you.

Staff is all friendly and helpful. Had a broken AC once which they fixed quickly enough that I barely remember.

Never saw more than a couple of bugs which I'll chalk down to flukes in the rare cases I have. Honestly, I didn't know a place in Florida could have so few bugs.

You'll notice most of the problems I mentioned aren't really Integra's fault. Maybe I'm a nitpicking a little. Certainly this is my favorite place I've lived, and I'm only going to leave because it's too expensive, and my girlfriend and I are moving in together.

I haven't lived here long, but so far everything is great! This property is extremely well maintained, The staff is always polite and kind and my apartment is extremely clean and well taken care of. So far I'm enjoying my choice to live here. I'll update my review in a few months.

I lived here for about a year and a half. The staff was great and took care of any issues I had in a timely manner. The apartment was in great shape and quiet. Pool was fantastic and I used the grills several times a week. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving into the area. Thanks again, Brian
