Lakeside Endocrine Associates

I've been going to this office for just about a year now and very happy with Dr. Kohler and the staff here. I've had no issues with friendliness and medicine refills for the past year and expect the same going forward.

It is not often that you come across a Doctor's office like this anymore, one that cares about the patient. They take the time to listen before they respond, and they do take the time to hear you. They are both professional yet comfortably pleasant. The office is run extremely well and efficiently, including appointment, paperwork, billing, prescriptions, testing, all coordinated properly. No problems getting a "new patient" appointment here for my mother - unlike my experience at Endocrinology of Central Florida. Staff was friendly and doctor Kohler spent time with my mother explaining her condition in detail. The office waiting room was open (as opposed to staff hiding behind sliding windows) and they check you in (as opposed to having to navigate self check-in). They took her in promptly. Such divergent experiences. I recommend Lakeside Endocrine Associates for a great new patient experience.
