I saw Sandy for a total of about 7 months. We did EMDR therapy for my social anxiety and general anxiety. This process helped tremendously. I went from being terrified of driving on the highway to having no issue with it whatsoever. My social anxiety has improved so much from the EMDR, I'm so glad I found out about the process. As for Sandy, I love her!!! She is the nicest, sweetest, most helpful therapist I've ever had. She has a very cute, cozy, quiet office and is just an absolute pleasure to work with.
