  I love Macy's! They have surprisingly low prices on sale items. High quality. I have clothes and boots that I spent some money on but they've lasted so long that I have no regrets!

  Fantastic for bedding and household but a pain in the @$!# for clothes. Very little in my generous size so delighted when I found a pair of shorts. Queue at the till and then oh sorry sir these are full price $90 I don't pay anyone 90 bucks for shorts! ????

  One of my favorite places to shop! Glenda in the fine jewelry Dept is both friendly & knowledgeable , she is helpful but no pressure .(Glad she chose to join the Macy's team by relocating from another company)
  They always have great selection to choose from with sales&additional specials &coupons.
  Store is always clean &updated, with attractive layout/ displays

  There have definitely been some improvements in this store. I was greeted almost right away and offered assistance. I was returning an online purchase and needed a new belt. Bill was there to help me the whole way finding out my size he brought me over to the belts and made some recommendations. I found the belt I liked and he made sure there was nothing else I needed. After checking out he made sure to let me know to come back and take advantage of the upcoming sale. Was reminded of the days of old when service meant something.
