  What a pleasure it was to shop at a store where you are treated with kindness and respect. We went to look for a watch for my husband and the manager Robert greeted us. He was professional,witty, and most of all caring about making sure we made was the right choice. He answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions. Even though they did not carry the brand i was originally set on, we found something else that we liked as well and felt good about our purchase. It was our first purchase there, and it wont be our last. Thanks Robert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  After the passing of my grandma (my favorite person in the world) I was very skeptical to take the jewelry she left me to anyone. I frequent the mall and always loved the quality of jewelry Reeds sells. Courtney was my initial salesperson. She was amazing and understood the importance of preserving my items. She was so nice and sweet and was a burst of sunshine for me and my sister. During the time my jewelry was not in my possession Shirley kept me very well informed and was very pleasant I might add. When I went to pick up my pieces Robert and Tony were absolutely amazing and when they presented my jewelry to me they were amazing and so perfect I wanted to cry. I will keep coming back and recommend anyone to them! Thank you so much

  Reed Jewelers in Volusia was so helpful in fitting my watches. The staff, specifically Robert, was very personable and helped me with any and all my needs. The fitting was quick, efficient, and an overall pleasant experience. The staff was kind and attentive to all my needs, helping out in whatever way they could. Will be sure to come back again and again!

  Let me tell you about Robert and Courtney. These two humans went above and beyond for me and my fiancée. They not only handcrafted a ring from my imagination, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the entire process. Not once did they try to change my mind or steer me in a direction better for them. They let me Create what I wanted. They weren’t in the sale for the profit and you could tell given that they not once pushed me above budget like every other jeweler tried to do. They text me updates and answered my texts when I was nervously awaiting my ring. The simple “trust me, we’ll get it done” they gave me was one I actually trusted and they fulfilled their promises. I would recommended Courtney and Robert over and over again.
