Daytona Beach Shores Hotel (Formerly Lexington Inn)

First off what a great location!! Right on the beach, which amazing views. The staff is very kind, and work very hard to provide the best service possible. I have stayed here each year that I visit Daytona and will only stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed here I had the king suite oceanfront which was incredible the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The bed was so comfortable the room was big and perfect for my anniversary.
The 2nd time I stayed here I booked the 2 room suite oceanfront and I tell you from now on when I have the family with me I will always book this room, this room was perfect, it literally has a separate room with its own bathroom and closet, a queen bed and foldout couch bed in the main part of the room and a small kitchen which was fantastic for the kids. The oceanfront view is the way to go, may seem pricey sometimes but honestly, that view is incredible. I give this hotel 5 Stars because they deserve it.

Stayed here for a few days back in May and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting it to be incredible or anything but for the price it was really nice. Beds are pretty comfy the view is great. Wish there were more pool options but I'm not complaining. The breakfast was really good. Had it every morning! Yeah it's a little run down but it's not too bad! I'll probably be back after the renovations! :) thanks for a comfy stay!
