Tom corrected the installation of an incorrectly installed dryer, thoroughly cleaned the vent, noted that our outlets needed the service of an electrician stemming from an old power surge, and now the dryer works better than it did when it was brand new!!! I can now use ALL the settings of my dryer without it shutting down due to overheating, saving me a repair bill from an appliance center. Absolutely recommend!
