  This company was recommended to us by friends and we’re glad they did. Dave and his assistant did a great job cleaning our 93 year old home’s drain. Cost was competitive and was grateful we didn’t have to replace the sewer system. Highly recommend this company.

  Been having issues with a newly installed nitrate home water filter system (low water pressure and high contaminates). Set up initial consult with Prestige (Mullen), they sent a team that inspected the system, tested the water, and made solution recommendations all absolutely free. Made a follow up appointment with one of their experienced techs on this particular system (Mr. Dave). Could not be happier with the expertise and customer service Dave provided. He was completely honest and straight forward with his troubleshooting and promptly fixed the issues. Honest work at an honest price, I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

  I made an appointment with another plumbing company and they never showed. I called and Donna answered and was able to get someone out here the same day. The plumber was very professional and worked very hard to clear our lines. Thank you so much!

  I recently had a problem with a backup in a property I own and Ken Mullen Plumbing performed the work to correct it. Due to a variety of challenges presented by getting to the actual root cause, due largely to the age of the property and the short-cuts taken in years past "updating" the main drainage, the job did not go anywhere close to smoothly. I was more than a little upset about things BUT, after everything was completed, and I met with management to review the entire project, I want to report that I have never had a company demonstrate their commitment to quality and performance any more fully than the people at Ken Mullen Plumbing. To err is human but to admit it, correct it and learn from it is as much as we can ask of one another. Thank you Ken Mullen Plumbing for your commitment to excellence and putting action to words.
